Standard SLA: we acknowledge new requests within 30 minutes and start standard work within one business day.
Emergency SLA: we acknowledge and start emergency work within 30 minutes. After hours emergency work is charged at double time and has a two hour minimum.

Questions we get a lot
Do you work with any host?
Yes. We are hosting agnostic. If you use Asporea Hosting we can integrate platform security and daily backups without extra cost.
Do you test updates first?
Yes. We take a restore point before every update. For complex sites we recommend a staging site and can set that up if your host does not provide one.
What if an update breaks the site?
We roll back, investigate and fix within your plan scope. Complex fixes can move to Tier 3 or be quoted.
How do you handle eCommerce sites?
We schedule updates overnight where possible and avoid peak trading windows. We recommend staging for WooCommerce and high traffic sites.
How are hours tracked in Tier 2 and Tier 3?
We track time in 15 minute blocks and include a breakdown in your monthly report.
